The pavers on this Balgowlah property had sunk and shifted over time, leaving the surface uneven and pooling water in patches. The owner wanted the existing layout kept but needed the base rebuilt properly so the problem wouldn't come back.
We lifted the pavers, removed the failed bedding, and laid a new compacted sand and gravel base before resetting everything in the original pattern. The surface is now level and drains correctly, and the pavers sit firm underfoot.
