The lawn on this Davidson property had thinned out badly and the yard lacked any defined area for outdoor seating. The owners wanted new turf and a paved section that could handle a table and chairs without sitting on the grass.
We stripped the old turf, prepared the soil, and laid fresh lawn across the main yard. Next to it, we built a paved area on a compacted base to give the owners a solid, flat surface for outdoor dining. The two areas sit flush and the yard now has a clear layout.

How It Turned Out
The yard now has a usable lawn and a defined paved area for seating, with both surfaces meeting cleanly in one outdoor layout. The turf needs establishment watering and careful early use, while the paved area should be kept clear of soil wash during the first heavy rain events.
