Turf laying and lawn replacement for homes, rentals, strata and commercial properties across Sydney.
When a lawn fails, the cause can sit below the grass: compacted soil, poor falls, pooling water or a worn synthetic-turf base. We strip the agreed surface so those conditions can be checked, then prepare the soil or base, correct the listed levels or drainage and lay the new turf around paths and beds. At handover we explain the watering, traffic and first-cut care the lawn needs while it establishes.

Old lawn and synthetic turf removal
We strip the old grass, the weeds or the synthetic turf and its underlay, so we can see what the ground is actually like before anything new goes on it.
Soil and base preparation
Where the ground is compacted or the existing base is unsuitable, we loosen, improve or replace the agreed material, then grade an even growing layer for the turf.
Levels and drainage
If water sits in a corner or the fall runs back towards the house, we deal with it before the turf goes down. That work is listed in the quote so you can see what it involves.

Laying and finishing

We walk the lawn with you
We check the old surface, the soil or underlay, the levels, where the water goes after rain, the sun and shade, the access and how the lawn gets used.
Step 2
You get a written price
The quote sets out the removal, the soil and base work, any level or drainage correction, the turf and the laying, so you can see what is included before it is booked.
Step 3
We prepare the ground and lay the turf
We strip the agreed surface, prepare and grade the ground, correct the listed levels or drainage, then lay the new lawn and cut it in around the paths and beds.
Step 4
We walk the finished lawn with you
We water the turf in, clear the site and go through the establishment watering, limited traffic and first-cut care for the finished lawn.
