Yes. We come out, look at what needs doing, check things such as access and drainage, and give you a written price. There is no obligation and no call-out fee.
We price the job after seeing the property rather than guessing from an hourly or square-metre rate over the phone. The price depends on the work, access, materials, green waste, and time involved. Your written quote explains what is included. For regular garden maintenance, we give you a price for each agreed visit.
It depends on the season, our current bookings, the materials needed, any approvals, the access and the size of the job. Once we understand the job, we can tell you what our current availability looks like.
Both are available. You can book Abloom once for a clean-up or a particular job, or arrange regular garden maintenance. Many customers start with one larger tidy-up and then ask us to keep on top of the garden.
We take away the green waste, cut material and building waste listed in your written quote, and we leave the work area clean when the job is finished. Tell us up front if there is old rubbish, soil or material already on site so it can be priced in rather than left behind. We do not take on waste removal as a job on its own.
The right schedule depends on how quickly the lawn, hedges and weeds grow, the size of the garden and how tidy you want it kept. We look at the property first, recommend an initial visit pattern and adjust it if the garden needs more or less attention as the seasons change.
